ARTISTS: Terms & conditions

LPM is a meeting.

LPM provides venues, resources and technologies in order to support encounters among people actively involved in the field of live video. We aim at offering to both audience and participants a rich program of workshops, showcases and live audio video performances.

1. Subscription fee for non performing artists includes access to all activities of the event (except paid workshop), the LPM t-shirt, 1 drink per day, name listed in the LPM program as “Present at LPM” and special prices for software, hardware and workshops.
2. The deadline for subscription is ###artists-deadline###.
3. LPM is a meeting, we encourage all who wish to contribute to participate in the event. However, due to the large number of proposals we receive, we are not able to cover the travel expenses of each artist. So we would like to remember that travel expenses are the responsibility of artists.
4. Accommodation for non performing artists is available from ###accommodation-period###, subject to availability, in triple / quadruple / dormitories.
5. Solutions available in single and double rooms.
6. Artists friends and partners can also book accommodation at a convenient price through Special Package webpage.
